This course provides an overview of the principles of nutrition as it relates to specific medical and physical conditions
This includes:
- Commonly occurring gastrointestinal conditions
- Nutritional imbalances and deficiencies
- Chronic disease and how the conditions relate to nutrition
- The signs and symptoms of the conditions
- The contribution of poor nutritional habits to the conditions
This program is for fitness instructors and personal trainers who already have an understanding of basic nutrition and its contribution to a healthy lifestyle.

Assessments

Course delivery
This course can be completed online. You can enrol anytime and can expect to start within 24 business hours. You have up to three months to complete each module or short course (most people finish much sooner). All resources including narrated PowerPoints, video clips, notes, activities, assessments and student support are included in the cost of the course.
