Certificate in Fitness & Nutrition for Children

Show all Kids and Older Adults Courses

This course aims to apprise personal trainers, instructors and teachers in specific skills associated with training children in health and fitness programs. Graduates will be capable of conducting group fitness sessions as well as assist one on one session’s with children.

Children are a unique population group, so trainers are taught to consult this group in an effective way. They should not be treated the same way as adults and prescribed adult based programs.
