The aim of this course is to provide personal trainers with an understanding of functional movement patterns and how they can be incorporated into a strength program. The course includes an extensive exercise library designed to challenge clients who have already developed a good strength base.

You have up to three months to complete each module or short course (most people finish much sooner). All resources including narrated PowerPoints, video clips, notes, activities, assessments and student support are included in the cost of the course.
