Stretching should play a part in most exercise programs; the aim of this course is to provide fitness instructors & personal trainers with an overview of the techniques used for a wide range of flexibility exercises for the whole body

The course includes:

  • Benefits of stretching
  • Principles of safe stretching
  • Types of stretching
  • Stretches for each part of the body
  • Technique and errors

This course is presented by Marietta Mehanni, Personal Trainer and international group exercise presenter.

Assessments

Short answer questions assess students’ knowledge of the materials covered.

Course delivery

This course can be completed online. You can enrol anytime and can expect to start within 24 business hours. You have up to three months to complete each module or short course (most people finish much sooner). All resources including narrated PowerPoints, video clips, notes, activities, assessments and student support are included in the cost of the course.

Correspondence courses are ideal for the student that wants flexibility. We send you out manuals and DVDs and you can work at your own pace, wherever is convenient for you.
