Improve your knowledge in the technique of more advanced resistance training exercises commonly prescribed by personal trainers in fitness centres for clients who have a good training base and a good level of experience.

Course content includes:

  • Advanced exercises for the legs, back, shoulders, arms, chest and abdomen - 28 exercises are covered
  • Instructional cues
  • Major muscles and joint actions
  • Common errors and how to correct them

This course is presented by Wayne Rodgers, Physiotherapist and Personal Trainer.

Assessments

Short answer questions assess students’ knowledge of the materials covered.

Course delivery

This course can be completed online. You can enrol anytime and can expect to start within 24 business hours. You have up to three months to complete each module or short course (most people finish much sooner). All resources including narrated PowerPoints, video clips, notes, activities, assessments and student support are included in the cost of the course.

Correspondence courses are ideal for the student that wants flexibility. We send you out manuals and DVDs and you can work at your own pace, wherever is convenient for you.
