Being able to diagnose and treat shoulder pain takes years of training, however it’s important that fitness professionals are aware, both of common shoulder injuries and conditions, as well as recognising the role they play in the rehabilitation process.

- Anatomy of the joint
- Injuries and conditions of the shoulder and methods of treatment
- Exercises for shoulder injury rehabilitation
