A continuation on from Pilates Floor Exercises, acquire a range of floor exercises targeted towards Personal Training clients who can complete the basic Pilates floor exercise competently and possess a good base strength. These clinical Pilates floor exercises further develop core strength and control.
The course includes:
- Introduction and theory
- Aims and indications for use
- Key concepts
- 14 Pilates floor exercises
- Modifications and progressions for each exercise
- Teaching cues and common errors to identify
Exercises are suitable for general fitness clients.

Assessments
Short answer questions assess students’ knowledge of the materials covered.
